Delete your CrackIt account
This page is for CrackIt: JAMB & WAEC CBT Prep (website crackit-ng.pages.dev and the Android app on Google Play), made by Olaoluwa Michael. You can delete your CrackIt account and everything CrackIt stores about you at any time. You don't need an account to use CrackIt: if you never signed in, nothing about you is stored on our servers.
Option 1: in the app (instant, deletes your data)
- Open CrackIt and tap your photo (top right), or go to Account.
- Tap Delete my CrackIt data and confirm.
This immediately deletes your saved progress, scores, history, saved questions and purchase records from your account and this phone, and signs you out.
Option 2: by email (deletes your whole account)
- From the Google address you signed in with, email michaelolaoluwagab@gmail.com.
- Use the subject “Delete my CrackIt account”. No other details are needed.
We delete your account within 7 days (never more than 30 days) and reply to confirm. This also deletes your sign-in record (the name and email Google gave us), so nothing about you is left. Email a deletion request
What is deleted
- Progress, scores, history, streaks, topic results, saved and wrong-answer lists
- Your name and school on the Daily 10 leaderboard
- Purchase records (packs will no longer unlock on other phones)
- Question reports linked to your account
- By email request: your sign-in record (name and email)
What is kept
- Anonymous usage counts that can't be linked to you (kept up to 24 months).
- Payment records that Paystack must keep by law are held by Paystack, not CrackIt.
